Welcome to our FAQ section! All of our bandanas are handcrafted here in South Florida. This means all of our products are unique and may have slight differences in the placement of patterns and designs.

Where can I find the font selection for bandanas?
The font chart is located in every bandana listing under the bandana images. It is usually the 2nd or 3rd image. There are 7 different fonts to choose from; Sun Valley, Bebas Neue, Luna, Sweet Pea, Lobster, University, and LW Title.
What is the order processing time before shipping?
Please allow 1-2 weeks of ordering processing before shipping as every item is handcrafted per order.
How long is shipping?
Shipping estimate will be provided during check out. Depending on the shipping you choose and location, it take anywhere from 1-5 days shipping (USA). International varies.
Where do you ship?
We are now shipping internationally!
How are your bandana’s sized?
To ensure proper sizing, please measure the neck circumference of your pup and remember to include an extra couple inches for tying comfort.
What is your return policy?
Bandanas: If you are unsatisfied with your bandana, please contact us within 5 business days to exchange or return it. We accept returns of unused/unworn bandanas. However, Personalized bandanas are not returnable. Buyer is responsible for return shipping.
Shirts: Shirts are non-refundable since they are custom ordered and made (size and color) with so many variations that may not resell.
How do I clean the bandana?
Lightly hand wash in cold water with a color safe detergent, lay flat to dry. Please iron on reverse or with a cloth over design for protection.
